What is ‘Compliant’

Fire door compliance is about protecting lives, property, and meeting legal obligations not just ticking a box.

Even minor breaches can lead to fines up to £5,000. Since Grenfell, enforcement has tightened, with landlords facing penalties over £50,000 and even suspended prison sentences for serious failures..

At Sawco Fire, we make it easy to stay on the right side of the law and protect what matters most.
